Sid world cup set up?

Where do I find the info on how to set these baby's up the owners munual is about as useless as a ***** wit knickers on:confused:

as far as In know you have to either heat them in an oven first to expand the seals then lash air in to them with a compressor..so the Chinese lad in the shed on youtube says..

just be careful..you don't want this to happen to you !

Hmmmm Ok coach I will give it a go, I dont have an oven, the lod guy in the bicycle shop has an old stove that he uses to heat the shed Im sure the forks will fit in there?

I was thinking about 350psi!!

I have one of them, tell me what to do, although my trust in your advise is not what it used to be!!

feck off with yourself..however..get a piece of dark cloth, soak it in a solution of Lysergic acid, a teaspoon of worchestershire sauce and petrol, use it as a blindfold..get in to the bath , you can use hot water, grab the forks in one hand and the grinder in the other, use your little micky to turn on the grinder and just shave the burny bits off the forks then use 1,000 psi to blow all the bad **** out of them and they'll be as good as new..

Daragh - I think I have a manual with more useful information from a set of Reba Teams I bought 2 years ago - this would have also covered the SIDs. If I can find it, I'll copy the pages and email them to you.

Ok what the deal with these bleedin forks, there seems to be feck all differance in rebound and compression with lock out on or off!!! Is this the norm as the lock out is not really locked out. I have the same amount of pressue in each side. Is down to a lack of oil?
