Wanted Xt or similiar Shifters

Now I need a set of XT Shifters..I appear to have smashed my right hand one a bit and its non functioning correctly..
So I need a new pair..my Xtr derailleur could probably do with retiring as well..
So anybody got a new or nearly new set of shifters and or derailleur..
XT is my weapon of choice..but I would be willing to have a go with the Sram X9 or whatever the equivelent to XT is..
