Adjustable headset

I have heard it is possible to get a 1.5 headset which can be used to adjust the head angle on a frame. Anyone have any idea where I can get my hands on one? I'm looking at a glory fr frame and if i could get one of these it could be used for dh.

Might be part of frame kits.... Evil bikes, commencal and a few others have adjustable head angle but they have open and close-able head tubes...
