QR question

I'm looking to shave a few tenths of my lap times on thursday and I've always wondered from an aerodynamic point of view is it best to have the wheel QR lever facing forward or backward? I appreciate if it is forward then you run the risk of picking up some heather and then the whole bike is unbalanced, any tips?
if you stick some gorse up your ar se you will get some great lap times.
works for me every time.
especially when it's in flower.
think there is even a new quick release type, so easy installation too!
What's more important is what side... It has to be opposite to the franks, or else the bike becomes lopsided. then you need to stick a knee or elbow out to counter act it, losing any aerodynamic advantage. You could always offset your bars in the stem, but that would be silly.
Just make sure that you move your left elblow in as Lynchy comes past you, he has been very nice about letting people by in the past!!
