My Fox 120âs blew up last week, left stanchion now worn so looking at â¬250 for a proper fix. Not impressed at the thought of this happening every 2 years so am looking around for any decent options around the â¬250 mark.

Don - For your bike I think it's a straight toss-up between the Fox 120s and Rock Shox Rebas 120s but you're not going to get either new for anything like â¬250! You will buy 2nd hand on e-bay or one of the forums here for that sort of money but then you've no guarantee that you won't need to service them shortly afterwards!
Rock Shox don't have an official Service Agent here but I understand that will change soon and I know that OC and Robin will also service them.
Probably best to spend the â¬250.00 on your own forks - at least you'll know where you stand then!
Supposed to be very plush but 2.5lbs (60%) heavier than the Rebas! That's a lot of extra weight to haul around the Club Course ....... actually that'd be a great idea ...... go ahead Don!!
RS Revelation U-turn forks are business, I have the coil version on my XC bike and I run it at 115mm for racing and 130 for spins.
They are stiff, super plush and the lockout with gate is a deadly feature. No air pressures to worry about, almost maintenance free.
I've heard a lot of good stuff about the air version as well

Now that looks more like it - great value too! How would 140mm work on the Trance? I think Alfie has 140mm on his - might be worth asking him!
Is it a Trance X Don? If so 140mm would be no problem, Andys Trance X came with adjustable travel fox, 100,120,140mm travel options so the bike can handle 140mm no problem.
Don, I would have the ones you have fixed, I have had RLC 100mm done by OC Tuning and they come back like new. I know its alot to pay to fix them, but buying new does not guarantee than you won't have to spend money in another 2yrs.
Another thing to consider Don, you can change axle to 15mm. Your new bling hopes are easily converted.

Personally, I think your best option is to rebuild you own. like the transporter says....
