swapping back wheels

Has anyone any advice on swapping back wheels
if i have two wheels(same size rotors etc) and swap them around,
will i have trouble with the chain not matching the block.? etc.

I suppose i should just try it,but love to find out the easy way,

by asking all you experts

As long as the hub is the same you'll be fine..

If they are not then you may have to reset the caliper each time you swap the wheels... the spacing will be different from hub to hub..
