right I'm making these biking videos..
the camera and the recorder are excellent..however when I try to upload it on Vimeo Plus the quality is just not as good as the file on my laptop!! help me out geeks..i'm obviously doing something wrong ! help!
Normally the problem is the web site (this case Vimeo), they don´t want to put all the quality on the video because that is more space that they will need, more bandwidth needed when people are seeing, on slow connection people will give up after a while because the video is to big/heavy., ....., .....
The solution should found a web site that uploads with good quality (difficult)...
Vimeo especially with a pro account like you have usually has very good quality. I took a look at the original video you uploaded before vimeo converted it and it seems like the video your putting up on the site in the first place isn't that great. There's two possibilities, either the video coming from the camera isn't that great or the program your doing the editing with is saving the file out at low quality.
Do you have a small file from the camera itself before you edit it that I can take a look at?
