Semi-integrated headset wanted!

Hey

The headset on the XC bike has had enough, any recommendations for a semi-integrated headset?
I had this one but it didn't last very long, the bottom bearing disintegrated very quickly.

What do you use in your fancy lapierres and other frames that take those headsets?

now I'm pretty sure I got a couple of semi integrated headsets off The Bike Rack over the years for about €30..and I got at least a year out of them..and considering how evil I am to bike parts thats pretty good..i think if you re a good person you can replace the bearings fairly handy and its a lot cheaper ! talk to Stewart or Al or Cummins or James in the Bike Rack..
