the upper part of my X-Control 513 broke yesterday doing nothing at all in djouce.
I've been told it could take till mid september to get the part, FFS.
Does anyone know of anywhere online I can get this sooner.It's the big black lump of metal connecting the top of the shock to the rest of the frame.
I can't wait a month or more for this, holy jeebus I hate this french cr ap
the lapierre factory is closed for holidays, only the frogs would do that to you. cheating (henry), lazy (lapierre), cnuts the rest of them.

I'm supprised they don't keep a whole pile of those suspension links in there, I broke 2 in the last 4 months and I did see another broken one on the counter in their workshop.
The design of the link hasn't changed since 2008 but they are making it from a different cast of aluminium now, I have the upgraded new version now and its still in one piece (touch wood!)
Don't believe they can't get it until September, they are the main Lapierre dealer ffs!

The cyclesuperstore just phoned me to say they have found a few in their shop! I love their stock control, at least they were good enough to phone me, happy days, €72 here we go.
Just to say thanks to Stewart in sprocket cycles for picking up on this and helping to sort it out.
As he pointed out to me these bikes are made as light as possible, and as a result they don't last for ever, mine is 3 yrs old and that's the first thing to go so I can't complain.
my gripe was with the fact that I was going to have to wait so long for a part.
anyway it's all sorted now, happy days and apologies to any frogs out there(ye cheating bast ards).
