Any suggestions on what's hot & what's snot?? Ideally looking for something between 2.0 - 2.2, cheers!

Oc tuning are selling ust ignitors, €65 for a pair. Can't go wrong with them.

Rogash, I'm conducting an experiment with an XC version of a High Roller, they could be the new Ignitors....

I stuck a Continental Rubber Queen on the front of my all mountain bike to try out. Have to say very impressed with it for rolling /grip balance. Side walls look bomb proof too. Far surpasses the Torro i had on there before it.

Praise indeed. So I popped down to Sprocket to have a test lick of them and I like what I taste, big volume for a 2.2, nice aggressive knobblies, especially on the shoulder where I like them, adequate sidewall thickness, 800g so fine for the FS, I'm getting one to replace my Bulldog, off camber madness here I come!

Does one not need two intact wheels for that Don? I can still hear GerryMac chortling away ....!

Big thumbs up for the rubber queen from me too. Great cornering and off chamber. They roll nice and fast. If there anything like the conti rain kings I've been using on the dh bike they should wear pretty well too.

Well that seals it then, was waiting for some credible input. I can't wait to get my hands on them, soon a nice evening in with my Rubber Queen in front of the fire, a nice Barolo and Barry White on the transistor radio. Oh baby.

I was a 2.1 ignitor man, but i've been converted. 2.25 Rocket Ron and Racing ralph on rear of new xc bike has me converted. Like all new tyres, I didn't like them at first, but they are lighter, roll faster and have at least as much grip as ignitors. Extra volume is good too. I was running tubes, but they were brutal for puctures, running tubeless now, much better.
