just wondering should i buy this for the morewood mbuzi http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=25015
or should i stop being so tight and buy the more expensive other brand gravity dropper seatposts ?
Might want to read a few of the prerides of the new fox and rockshox ones coming out in the new year before you decide. Obviously way more money but from people who know a bit about seals etc.

I had one of these and they are crap. 3 " is too short , go for a 5" one to really get the saddle out of the way. There is a lot of side to side play from new and internal key wears very fast so the play gets worse. The seals are terrible and it needs lots of stripping( mine siezed up afer a wet week in the alps one year.), cleaning and regreasing to keep smooth. Also the under seat lever system is not really user friendly as you need to let go the bars to use.
I would recommed the pure racing model. http://www.pure-race.com/

why are they half price? cause nobody wants them!

I've seen the Rock shock one in the flesh and it's the daddy but it's stupidly priced. That one joe recomends is very similar and about 60 lids cheaper worth the extra for the reliability, extra function and drop.
