Thanks for these, I'll try Cyclesuperstore, definitely not doing it myself. I still feel an enormous sense of achievement when I successfully adjust my rear derailleur.

Also heard the Bike Rack will do them but superstore is closer.

The Bike Rack would be your better bet there ! i'd be surprised if James in OC tuning can't service them though.
