$$$$$ Wanted $$$$ Second hand dh bike/frame for cheap

Hello,
I'm looking for a full sus dh frame or complete bike for cheap. My friend is starting up dh and I'm trying to build up a bike from spares in the shed. Looking for any frame that has a half decent shock. have an old ****ty trek Y3 frame but didn't think it would hold up if i put a set of tripple clamps on it.(might snap frame} any suggestions appreciated??? just bear in mind that he does not have much money to spend.
