Picture of the Shimano chainrings that are left... everything else is sold..
what I want to know is, what feeble weakling is still using a 32 tooth Chainring ? Would you have any 34 tooth yokeymajiggers ? in case I need a granny ring , in the event of a broken leg on a spin or something ?
These 32t rings are for normal folk... not feicin' super savages like yourself..!!

all joking aside, would you have a 34 Middle 22 Granny , the old 36 22 Combo is stupid..but a 36 28, now that would be classy ! Pedal mashers like myself and the Joe are incapable of spinning !!
BTW..I was having some knee pain there for a week or so, and after reading your advice elsewhere I checked the old cleats on the road shoes..
Jaysus they looked like they'd been chewed on, so a new set of Look cleats and away we go..no more knee pain..!!!

We should probably set up a "swop" scheme! I'd swop my hardly ever used big ring + my worn out granny ring for Richie's (or some other Macho types') worn out big ring + hardly ever used granny!! Perfect .... everyone's a winner!
no problem !! I have never used the Granny ring on the SuperBud..I think 2 x 10 is the way to go for XC bikes..however, if you are proper AMing it a granny ring is a must..either that or a jet pack..and sure if you had a jet pack, what the fcuk would you need a bike for !!
I tried to shift into the big ring last sunday it it wouldn't shift, so I forced it a few times and a whole family of squirrels lept out of the space in the front mech where they had been hibernating, for real.
