You cannot convert any hub to work with a Lefty.. Mavic or otherwise..
You will need to buy a Lefty specific hub or buy a whole new wheel..
With Mavic wheels, to save time, never ending hassle and probably months of waiting, I would recommend you sell the standard QR wheel and just buy a Lefty specific one rather than trying to rebuild your old wheel onto a new hub..
Or if your not too fussy about matching wheels I have a ZTR Olympic / Lefty front wheel... its a super lightweight XC race wheel so not suitable for hacking...
