Does anyone have a spare, Crank arm fixing bolt for Shimano cranks and a headset top cap, laying around.

What kind / type / size bolt are you looking for..? As in is it a standard square taper BB, Octalink or other..?
I should have spares for all of them.. but a bit more info is always helpful..
I have a bag of headset top caps at home... I'm sure I can dig out one for you..
..jack you must be the only rider in the country who doesn't have a pile of that stuff in your shed !
That's because I'm still using all my old bits on my bikes...
