Small victories!!

I know for a lot of you this would be the rule rather than the exception but just put two new Ignitors on the Epic completely without drama in less than an hour! No damage to hands (which makes a change) or wheels and all the sealant ended up in the tyres rather than all over my deck!! I'm very easily pleased!!

Oh .... and the "rotation" arrow is going in the correct direction (don't tell me you haven't done that too!)

No damage to hands... what the hell are you on about...??

Two whole tyres... that's some achievement alright... and all in less than an hour...!!!

You should be ashamed of yourself.. that should have taken you about 10 minutes for both...

Believe me Gerry it's taken me a lot longer than an hour in the past!

Last year at the Roc I was trying to put sealant into a tyre in the back of a van belonging to an extremely arrogant French stall owner in the tented village. But I didn't realise that you had to snip the tip off the bottle to get the gunk out! So I squeezed the Bejaysus out of it and of course the bottle exploded spraying rubber sealant all over the inside of your man's van ..... he went ****ing mad!! Can't say I blame him ....

You can't talk ..... wasn't it yourself who had to thumb a lift back from the St Kevin's Way a couple of weeks ago because you couldn't fix a bleedin' puncture!! I know I said I wouldn't tell anybody but ....

Brilliant, that's a classic!

But you do realise, that many of the pros invert the rotation for better performance, why I don't know, just to be difficult I think.

I haven't been so embarrassed since the time my mother caught me .....
You're a legend Rich......I did something similar in the forecourt of a petrol station with a set of racing ralphs, a stubborn rim and an enthusiastic air compressor. Tyre exploded covering me, bike, car and closely parked motor-home. Some dutch guy got out of the motor-home to find the side of his motor-home "painted" with goo.
