Paint cracking on fork crown

I see some paint is cracking on my forks around the crown, should I be concerned? Not impact damage and no evident cracking or damage underneath the paint.

Could have been excess paint on the crown that cracked when the steerer was fitted

or

It could be the start of something more serious

If it was an old fork I'd say scrape the paint of and inspect it with a bright light but since it's new I'd say give James in OC a shout, he will have seen it before if it's common or will be able to do something for you if it's not.

Hmmm I wonder has it anything to do with that stupid little mud flap thing that gathers all the muck, dirt and sh!te under your crown..??
