keep getting puntures in the rear i tend to be a very agressive rider and have igntors and specially challanged eskar its for my morewood mbuzi suggestions welcome but
1 not going tubeless not spending anymore than 60 when win some more money i will go proper tubeless
2 dont want to hear about ignitors sorry

sorry daragh stating the obvious but if your not tubless and your the agressive rider type aren't you always going to get punctures....... harder tyre pressure or tubless.
"Aggressive rider", what's all that about? do you mean you just hammer into stuff without considering the consequences? good riders (XC/DH/FR (whatever that is)) ride smooth, un-weight/weight the bike at the right times. If you're wrecking tires all the time you should think about how you're handling your bike.
Not having a go or anything, although reading it it does sound scorpy, just saying that there could be cheaper options than replacing tires all the time
Darragh..Oz is right, you're probably riding way too mental..I know Darragh and he is a very " aggressive rider"
go full tubeless and it won't matter what tyres, if you're ripping sidewalls rather than pinching then you need to ride a bit more thoughtfully.
Riding a 6" bike with DH tyres lets you away with more than using XC 2.1s.
Its all about the thinking rather than the doing.
the only people constantly getting punctures and wrecking tyres are the less than floaty ones.
I can't imagine riding a non tubeless set up now..go full tubeless. Whatever you choose, 819s, ztrs, whatever.
Every week I see multiple punctures, they are always from people who are not riding their bikes properly.
I have been using scwhalbes since starting work in Eurocycles ( they were the only UST I could get ) and they haven't let me down yet. Actually I got a set of Nobby Nics off Stewart last year . No issues.
But I don't think about thread or psi, i think about the line and floating.
Thats what the rest of you should be doing.
Too many people on here think that its the bits and pieces that make the difference. Its not , its how developed your Mojo Gland is and whether you've topped up your supergas tank ( that last bit stolen shamelessly from Mr N Davis)

I was punture free for months until i changed to lighter tyres and started to head out with fast riders such as Ger wolfe and his mates so i do be going a hell of a lot faster than what i was used to.
The tyres i have a single ply xc tyres and i ride everything on the morewood xc/dh/fr its just on the rocky trails i get puntures.i do like scwhalbes tyres just not sure on what ones to get.
And by agressive i mean that on the dh sections of the trail i find just keeping off the brakes isnt fast enough i tend to get as many peddle strokes in as possible
I will be going tubless but not yet as i have just built up my third bike which equals over ten grand as i also upgraded to fancy kamisha fox 40s on the dh bike among other fancy bits and do not have the spare cash to spend on tubeless wheels just yet

I think the bottom line is you won't find a light tyre that would take the abuse you want to give it. And who wants a light AM tyre anyway? Top of my wish list for that kind of thing is reliability and strength, so I'll take the few extra grammes every time. As Ignitors are out I would give the Ardent a look.
the rubber queens are great but ive been running them tubeless so no idea how they are on punctures. That said i have a 2.35 crossmark set up with a tube on the back of my shova and have been fairly lucky with punctures even though I never take in to consideration were my back wheel ends up or what it hits. Thats what suspension is for is it not.
