Great video ...... is that Al without the lid? If it is, I'm very impressed, but where's you're ****ing helmet?

Was thinking the same Rich, those dudes look cool, then I see one without a lid and all I can think of is plonker.

al has his lid on as he has sense. the 3 lads without lids have serious cat like reflexes but its still no excuse and sets a bad example but no amount of slagging makes them put one on.
You all need to get your BMX's now won't be long before Ratoath opens and you can learn take flight in relative safety.

I will look after anybody who needs a BMX + Helmet. I have loads here now..

That looked great,really class video.I used to hang out there 27 yrs ago on my BMX!!

Ehh I think the hospitals are busy enough without all of us taking up space with our silly helmets and broken bones............. how much do these little bikes cost? I always thought myself to be one of these cool kids but I'm nearly 40 now but I still think I could be deadly at this jumping thing, I remember I used to do tabletop jumps a leveler i think we called it, except I used to lay the bike flat in the air and land it like that hahahahaa I used to be called Mongoose man cause I had a mongoose BMX hahahaahaha, when every other loser had an Aero pro bag of crap. Ahh yes those were the days.

I took up a bit of dirt jumping about a year ago. Now nothing at the level of that video but i have to say what I gained from it did wonders for my riding ability in general.
I'd highly recommend anyone serious about their riding try it a some level. The skill set acquired really does transfer over to your trail bike or Dh riding.
Most of ye know this but I thought I'd just say it for the newbies.
Also to be fair the dirt jumper is the cheapest bike I own by a long way but one of my favorites to ride.

Rob Tobin gave me a spin on a stunning GT Power Series a few weeks ago around the shop - I very nearly bought the yoke right off him - felt great - feckin acceleration offa it was deadly, it felt like 15...no.... 20....no..........25.....errr 26 years ago....ah - I loved those days, and with Ratoath 15 mins out the road from me, could be time to resurrect the "skills" - whatever that means

Yeah I never did the BMX thing when I was young but had a few occasions to try them over the last while with some of the BMX kids wanting to try out my brightly colored DJ bike.
You can really move them about in the air.
Ratoath is gonna be a brilliant place to go. Showed some pictures to the kids and don't know who is more excited me or them.
