Relatively new to the sport and haven't been out with Epic yet, was just wondering what the pace would be like on this tomorrow? I'm seriously unfit so would struggle to keep up if it's anyway fast.

That was great John, thanks. It felt really good to be back out on the bike again, even though I was cycling like my grandmother for the first half. They're fantastic trails in GOD and Kindlestown.

Thanks again John, great to see some of the new trails and the weather was perfect too. Y'all missed the absolute mess i made on that tiny jump towards the end of the spin this morning, ended up with the bike on top of me (again)!! I'll learn eventually : )

Massive craic lads - thanks everyone for being so welcoming (and not giving out if when I held yis up), and John in particular for all the good advice.

I felt that last climb in my legs in the morning though! And my exciting bit with the helmet scraping the roof of the tunnel - I'm not used to having to watch out for low ceilings...

Sorry for the extremely late post! But thanks everyone for a great spin. I really enjoyed myself. Kindlestown is great. didnt realise there were so many hills in the place!!
