This week we're going long; starting at Taylor's some kind of route over three rock, across the road heading for prince willies, maybe green mile if i can find it, over to crone, climbing climbing, down into djouce and back home on the road. Long, long spin 4hrs+ so please come prepared!

Well that was a bit of a disaster for me. Took my bike out of the van to find a flat rear wheel. Didnt take very long to swop in a tube and I headed off in pursuit of the group only to notice the tyre going soft again by the top of the dream track. Bad tube? Had i failed to notice some sharp object in the tyre? .... No for it was no less than the hoary hand of fate itself intervening in my actions . Sometimes its good to listen so i determined to turn round and go home. Should be an interesting day!

John it was catching, went through 3 tubes and hence struckout. I know its most likely the way I'm riding! Next to move to tubeless and get my rear out of the saddle on the pointy rock things.
sorry about that John maybe its better to listen to fate, we all enjoyed the spin with richie, good pace and good craic. and a nice bit of slippery roots.
