Never been over to Three Rock and didn't realise I had this climb to look forward to...can't wait!!

I learned today that putting your hands out as you go over the bars is for pussies; Real bikers extreme-faceplant while still holding onto the grips.

I promise I'll work on my fitness if you let me out again!
