Fcuked, My day was not good, but I finished and the shape im in at the moment, it was all i could do to finish. I had a bad rib,back head day, I was not a happy camper. good course for the most part but far to many fire roads for my liking. Im fit for bed or hospital!!

I can't understand why you went there with a sore rib etc. Nice way to kill your form before the ROC..

How did other do?

For me that was the best day I've had on a bike in Ireland! Brilliant organisation start to finish - perfect course marking and great marshalling! Bottles handed to you at each of the 3 feed stations! Usually when a race is published as 65kms it usually ends up as 60kms but this time it was the Full Monty! Some horrendous long fire road climbs but more than compensated for by the great single-track! Very hard to organise a single lap 65kms race in Ireland without some fire road climbs! I thoroughly enjoyed the race and managed to finish ahead of a few people who would normally beat me comfortably in an NPS so pretty pleased with my result! I'm absolutely bollixed now but the Heineken tastes good!
I think Oz went well and Micky had a good 50kms but found the going hard after that! No podiums as far as I know. Disappointing turn out from Epic and Mad too!

Well done Richard..well deserved , at least you prepared for it, why the other eejit put himself through that is beyond me, especially when the rest of us were on the maddest spin we've been on in years ! you would have hated it though ! but he would have been in his element !

For all his moaning he managed to give Ray and Phil a good run for a fair bit of the day! But you're right, your spin today sounds like heaven for Smithers and a nightmare for me!

Incase you dont know, I have the Roc to race in 3 weeks, so it was to try and get a long spin in. Trust me if the Roc was not happening I would have gladly stayed here and gone on your spin.

And you shut up aswell, I'm not well!!! And no I dont want a hug.........maybe tomo!! I'm off to bed, In fact I'm just going to lie on the floor here as I cant move zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!
