Supercross Cup Round 3

Already four out of ten riders from Epic signed on..! Richard Lynch no excuses this time for you about missing sign-on...! Richie Byrne is a serious contender in the B race after a super ride last week in Swords but the puncture god put a stop to it but now the race is back on the South side there will be no stopping him. If you're not racing bring the family along to have a look and cheer on all those epic riders.

will be in Poland that weekend but I'll do the next one!

Think you'd really like cross if you can get your head round riding in a park rather than Djouce.

Well what can I say... that was savage, 1st cross race ever, seriously tough but great fun. Thanks to all the Epic supporters for shouting us on. Can't wait till the next one.

Don't knock it 'till you've tried it - Part 2

That was really savage! At one stage, completely knackered, thinking the race must be close to over, I looked at my Garmin ....... 20 ****in' minutes gone ...... Oh for ****s sake ....... I'm going to die!!!

Brilliant racing, always somebody to try to catch and somebody else trying to get past! Happy enough with my own performance (such as it was) - wasn't last, wasn't lapped and finished ahead of PB!!

Many thanks for all the support, much appreciated and to Team WORC for a really well run event!

And then there was a brilliant A Race to watch with Robin and Roger Aiken showing how it should be done! And all finished by 2.00pm!

Thought I'd pop down and see what all the hype was about. Its mad craic, mind you the weather was gorgeous, cant imagine it being so pleasant in the wind a rain. Took a few shots of the B race. Fair play to all the Epic heads racing - especially Carol and Erica on their mountain bikes!
