Looks like we are heading for some wild weather this weekend, snow, ice and all sorts of danger. Careful getting to your spins, roads are going to be dodgy.

Indoor Climbing thats like having sex with big wellies on..looks like a good idea but inevitably a pale and useless imitation of the real thing..
