Yeah I saw that too, the little bit they show'd at the end of the programme looked great. Did anyone see the WORCie on the 6 O'clock news?

It wasn't an insult, anyway he was pedaling away with some apperatus attached to his face on a turbo in Croke Park.
did he have a beard ?
Couldn't see, looked like he was doing a simulated V02 max test, it was some sport science fair, I think. He was wearing a very fetching skin suit!

hello as I will be riding my bike on the fine Ticknock trails of South Dublin , graciously donated to us by the people of Germany, I won't be watching this, I realise its the footage we've seen but I would be interested in what the plastic tv people say about the last Blast ever to be ran.
So can sombebody record it or I suppose it will be on RTE player the next day !

When one door is slammed in your face, dynamite a hole in the wall !!
