No feckin way am I going to sign-up for this, how can EPIC be banned from using Djouce to run an XC NPS, and a commercial entity are given permission.
Are Coillte being paid to allow the Gravity Enduro to be run in Djouce??
Yeah Damo, I'm not supporting it either, how could I, an event ran a week before we were to run ours, just as well, as nobody would have turned up. Even if we do run an NPS now , it won't be the week after Nialls.
I think we all agree that the Coilte decision is unfair and has to be addressed in time, if people want to protest so be it, just bear it will be the events loss, not Coiltes. As far as I'm concerned this is Niall's baby, on OUR land and I'll be damned if I'll let Coilte detract from the experience.

Exactamondo Donnatello, why should I miss out on this because Coillte are a bunch of ***********. This is right on our door step and should be a bit of craic to boot:), I even purchased a new bike for it FFS!!!:eek:
As much as I like the Enduro concept I have to agree with Damo. We are the same mountain bikers that rode the Blast and it really bothers me that we are not getting the same treatment, only because somebodies personal emotions cloud their judgment.
I'll see what happens in the coming months but at the moment I won't be committing to racing those (can't afford it anyway).
Seeing that Niall's relationship with the authorities is much better than ours, perhaps he could help us with the 'Coillte Problem'?

Max, you are a credit to us, and you have a good heart, but Niall is a business man, I have no problem with what hes doing, none whatsoever, but he'd be a fool to get involved in our problems, besides , lets be practical here, EPICs loss is his gain. I have no hard feelings about that, such is life in the real world.
But you cannot honestly expect me to support an event in a Venue that we fought to get in the first place and now its being used by somebody else and we are banned from. I wouldn't be human if that didnt piss me off.
