Its more like 2 Hours but hey whos counting..all the singletrack all the climbs do it do it !!! obviously not for beginners or the faint of heart.

When I'm Taoiseach every body will get a " let off steam " day once a month, one day for just doing something you love on a work day ! I tell you it will do away with casual sick days ! great little spin with Harri and Dan , brisk pace, lots of icy snoweyness ! lots of singletrack, lots of savage climbing..more an hour of POW than an hour of power but hey I'm not complaining , thanks kids..

Had a great time, Strava says I'm great; however I'm not so sure. Wife laughed at the state of me coming in the door after that spin, ha ha brilliant (think I blew a head gasket) - but I'm hungry for more . . . see you all Sunday!
