Was up in Djouce for an early morning spin and the place was full of scummy ravers. The place was in a mess as per the last time with a couple of fires etc.
They're at the top of GC at the clearing and there were still a good few going strong when I passed at 9.15.

there wasn't as much mess as the last one, and when we went pass, down GC there were a about 10 full bin bags so a little bit of clearing up was done. but still cans and stuff around the place.
i think most of you guys should remember that you are not the only ones who like to have fun in the woods.the guys who put this on were all local and were warned beforhand that if they do not take the rubbish bags away with them and not just fill the bags then i was going to take the main organisers name to the gardai.
if anyone was there today could they please let me know if the rubbish bags were removed thanks
hey Howie, I agree very strongly that everybody has a right to enjoy the woods but come on, every time these guys have a session there they leave it in a heap. Apart from the rubbish, they seem to be on some serious laxatives because the place is dotted with human **** and toilet paper everywhere.
I was up there today and they were still there, lighting fires and shuffling around in silence..no music or chat !
ok well they are obviously on the come down hard today :). i have sent the organiser another message ,i said id give em till tuesday to have it back as it was.otherwise quite happy to dob him in to the old bill.
just got a message off him,they have left a pop up tent there with the bags of rubbish in it and will be heading up tomorow to grab it and give the place another sweep.
Not really good enough Howie to be honest, the place was left in a disgusting condition.
Still the remnants of the last rave there, and then there is virtually permanent camp half way down sliddery...
Respectable folk these[i believe/was told] but still scum bags if they leave there sh*t all over the place.
yea im just back from a spin and seen that they havent grabbed the tent yet.and the place is still quite messy,already on to them.im on the case now and gardai will be getting addresses and names of those responsible.whether them useless shower of ****s actually do anything about it is a different matter
