Nerds and business people..I need help with a S.W.O.T analysis ..I understand the idea of it but you know yourself, these things can grind you down ! any tips ? you will be rewarded !

Not sure how far you have got on it, but have a look at this:


Strengths
• Location
• Price
• Systems
• Range
• Brands

Weaknesses can convert these to opportunities – Bike 2 Work scheme have to be in there!
• Lack of experience in the trade
• High costs because new to the market
• Lack of eCommerce, no website

Threats
• Highly competitive market space
• Lack of disposable income
• Saturated marketplace
