What full sus XC to buy? Budget 2 -3.3 K

id definitely go with that, mine is 2.8 years old, and has been ridden to death,
and i just got a letter off Canyon saying it wont last any longer than 3 years,
and even when it arrived, there was a little letter in the box, explaining how it wouldn't last longer than three years!! it even has a "use by" date on it!! TRUE.
where did you get that fairy-tale from, my boy?

Couple of observations there Mr. Hedge... Those bikes in your links aren't XC full Sus bikes !
Also if you have to ask which one to get then.... Might be better to get more miles under your belt, and then decide ?

I'd go with what Kellyer said ..
Is it an XC full susser you want..thats 120mm front and rear ?
I wouldn't recommend a canyon simply because while they are a great deal, you should be buying your bikes from a Local bikeshop regardless of the brand.
After all they are the people you will be bringing it too when you need it repaired.
And the savings are not all as good as you might think and you are helping the biking community in Ireland by doing it.
I think what you are looking for is an all day machine. XC full sussers are expensive. They have to be to match the weight of a Hardtail.
my advice is to join a club, do a few races, get some experience, examine other peoples bikes and styles. We all have our favourites and some of us are biased towards a particular brand,
Its a minefield out there, too much choice but the key thing is after sales service and warranty.
