This week we meet at Lamb Doyles pub on Saturday the 4th of February at 10.00 â this means you are ready to go at 10.00 with all the spares that you need. Anyone who comes on these spins must be fairly self-sufficient. As part of your kit you will need, a pump, spare tubes, multi-tool, chain links, water bottle/camelbak, as well as some food.
This is not a beginner spin; it's for people who want to join Epic, who are keen mountain bikers who want to be a part of a very special club. Folks who love riding their bikes, being part of a club, who are willing to help out when needed (and donât need to be called upon to do so). A spirit of adventure and a giddy-disposition helps!
