Kids races went very well for the young epic devil crew. We had a good few podiums today. Very proud of all the young riders. We kicked of with the under 8 where we had 3 epic riders adam lucas and zaza. A great race to watch. Adam came second and lucas came third . They did a total of 4 small laps. Under 10 we had cian, his first race and he fought well through out the race. We had cormac up next, under 12. Cormac had a great start. He was in second place at the end of the first lap and then he's chain came off. We got him going again and he was last going into the second lap and then gained ground fought hard and came 4th, great result for cormac. It was his first race and also only started mountain biking at christmas. I Think an epic rider won the under 12. Patrick was last to race for the young guns under 16. It was allso patrick's first race. Patrick fought hard but didn't know what to expect for his first race. In Patricks words (That was tough). He came 8th. Great racing by all kids and a great day out. Well organized by Niall and he's crew .
