Cyclocross Bikes

Iv had several PM's sent to me asking what size cross bikes are suitable etc....

I am a novice at this sport but I know that cross bikes should be smaller than road bikes. I am 6'1" and have a 54cm cross bike and I would normally use a 58cm road bike.

Anyone know how to fit a granny ring to a cross bike??

Easy:

12-27, I had to adjust the derailer to stretch but sometimes its needed, Yesterday I only used the 25 (2nd) 22(3rd), and 19(4th) tooth while on the big ring which is a 46 ring.
