I know!! What would you do without me... My commitment at the moment is endless
Sure you didn't injure that knee on the escalators at Dundrum Shopping centre? :)
you're bollixed McAslow..even Nice Guy Hand is mocking you..I even heard the girls were wondering what dress you will be wearing at the next club outing !!
Rob, is your knee only giving you grief since riding your mountain bike for the 1st time for ages on Thursday? If so I'd have a good look at your bike set-up, particularly your cleat position/angle!
I need a brain physio i am enjoying my spins too much even with one gammy testicle and a crush on Gok Wan

Thanks...my knee is so swollen I doubt I'll fit into that pretty little black number I picked up in dundrum the other day!!

RL yeah only since Thursday. The only thing that has changed is I put on new XT pedals! Same cleats alignment etc

Could be that the new pedals are much tighter than the old ones so your foot is being held at an angle that's putting pressure on your knee! Just seems like a strange coincidence! Try sitting on a wall and see which way your feet naturally hang and adjust your cleats to that angle - certainly worked for me!
