Broke my '2007' XTC carbon frameset at the Goldrush, cracked the rear drive side seat stay. Was about to bin it when I mentioned the sorry affair to Alfie one day while my 2 year old son was attempting to destroy his shop. So Alfie says drop her in and he would take a look. So I do and to cut a long story short, bike goes back to Giant and I now have a brand spanking new XTC carbon frame... so big thanks to Alfie and Expert Cycles.. picked it up today when yet again my 2 year old tried to demolish his shop... some thanks for getting me the new frame!!
By the way, those kiddies balance bikes Alfie has are the business, my little fella loves them, only he has his own hand me down I'd get him one...
