Mega crash

What's mad is that's what its like outside here at the minute. Worst snow in 40 years in Vancouver apparently - cars spinning all over the place, and getting stuck and everything. Nice when i'm not driving!

So in a track race, does the Foinavon character out the back who missed all the crashing get to win, or do they have girly rules about stopping and restarting and stuff?
