My name is Robert, new too the forum and the sport and I can't wait to get started. Where do you guys usually have your club meets and how do I go about joining?

Hi Robbie, you sent me an email as well..heres the way it works , to join Epic, you can come along on a beginners spin, we run them randomly. Normally we are too busy now with race season but I run a spin every Monday ( not today as its a BH) 6.30 at Lamb Doyles.
Now I prefer people to be relatively fit for these.
We are not really suited to beginners but we run a very organised club , in the sense that theres a spin for all levels several days a week. I intend to run a beginners spin once every 6 weeks but I am extremely busy at the moment.
Beginners season is before the race season and after the race season, say October to April. But I hate to see enthusiastic people left high and dry. So lets use this post to round up a few.
If you are a beginner and want to join EPIC, post here and we will round up a crew and I will personally bring you guys on a beginner spin.
