Monday Spins 6.30 Lamb Doyles - everybody welcome

Every Monday from now on people are welcome to come on a spin with me starting from Lambe Doyles Pub.
These are the rules.
No pi sspots or DH helmets
Lycra or Baggies ( no tracksuits or football shorts)
SPDs or Flats with proper shoes ( not runners and commuter pedals)
2 Tubes
a Pump ( a decent one not some road cyclists tampon)
A multi tool
a 100% working bike
a reasonable degree of fitness


It doesnt matter what club you are in , you are welcome, it is not an elite spin for animals its a spin for people who are either getting the horn for the sport or wanting to improve.
I am the number 1 Mountainbike guide in Dublin and Wicklow, nobody can put a spin together like me. Nobody has more experience at leading groups than I have.
I have made more deadly mountainbikers than anybody.
Just turn up.
6.30 every Monday at lambe doyles pub in Sandyford.

This Monday 14th May Lambe DOyles pub for 6.30, all welcome provided they are capable riders..that means a few spins under your belt , pay attention to the rules as well...

I'll be there this time, not sitting in palmers like billy no mates!:-) looking forward to it!:)

good stuff..and if everybody who I have met this week and says they want to come, comes, we will have a huge turnout..this is the same way I started EPIC.

no problem the more ladies the better..More ladies and more Youth riders please ! Paddy, Ryan, Dan !! lets have all of you non Senior 1s and 2s..although if you are a S1/S2 and want to back me up by coming along and handing out tips, I'd appreciate it.
