Monday 11th June Open Spin Lambe Doyles 6.30

Turn up follow the rules and have a roaring spin around the best 3 Rock has to offer..Lambe Doyles is the Unofficial trail center for Ticknock. Just make sure you go in and have a pint or a coffee, the food is excellent and the lads are friendly ! Prospective members welcome ..not for total beginners though, some experience necessary !

ok folks..that was an interesting one..thanks to Paul for taking the slower lads off for a spin..much appreciated. The remainder had a deadly spin around the place and met at least 1 million people up there..
now that was the last Monday open spin as I will be training hard for the Nationals after this weekends Gravity Enduro, so thanks for coming along the last few weeks.

Definitely got a better idea for the trails up there. Should be able to navigate a little better around Ticknock now.

Lads can you give the wet trails up there a break, some of the stuff you rode tonight has been goobered to bits already and it's hardly even a couple of months old.
I'm not trying to start an argument or anything just asking people to keep in mind all the work that goes into building those trails.
