Ladies and Youth ( 12 to 18 ) Monday at 6.45 for a schlomp free spin around 3 Rock. If you are a lady and don't want to come without a partner to shout abuse at you, they can come as well.
If you are a Youth and don't want to come without an adult to beat up and down the hills, you can bring them.
