Coaching and Guiding Available Starting this Thursday in Djouce at 10.00am

Ok Folks ..a lot of people are getting in to this old sport of ours, I used to guide and Coach when I was not working in the Bike Business and I think theres scope for it even more now..so I am going to make myself available from now every week.

Thanks Richie for the spin this morning. Picked up some really good pointers and tips that will hopefully
help me with my riding. I found on that last trail my front tyre was being bit of a liability alright, so I may get that changed.
Also I'll be working a lot on my fitness over the next while. Hopefully that will help me get a little faster uphill
