Ok..I'm doing 50k tomorrow evening to mark my 5oth year on the planet..it will be steady but no waiting..up by ticknock and across the WW and onwards. Like I say steady and non stop.

Hi I was gonna join you til I get dropped, which will be at the drainage ditches, then I'll potter around 3 rock for a while ;-)

you can feck off with yourself..in for the start in for the finish !! No backing out now..no baggies, no feckin whinging and no galloping ! Just steady, damp, steady riding..

cant do 50 K, and can't face you "going nuts" when I say I have to go, so now what do I do.

go and when your knackered, do what everyone else does and pretend your derailleur hanger broke
