Big Wood Enduro Nationals Stages !!

a big thanks to Glyn O'Brien on the Tour of the upcoming Gravity enduro course..6 brilliant technical singletrack sections, fantastic 100% rideable , really ,really handy transitions, the best ones yet. Some amazingly tricky old DH sections thrown in, zero schlomp and well sheltered trails. This will be the best one, don't hesitate to sign up online and remember under 16s can now sign on. Its going to be the event of the year..Turn up with your mates, ride against each other, roll up to the next stage and have the craic doing it.

This is not one to miss kiddies, pick a buddy and head up for the day, improve your technical riding and have the craic!!!

Yeah that was a great day out with Glyn and the Epic crew. Bone dry for a change and loads of super flowy singletrack. Don't be fooled though, it very challenging when going flat out and it has many DH features as well as lung bursting pedally sections so there is something there for everyone.
Thanks Glyn for the tour, see you on a race day! And thanks to Richie and Steve for the lift and the usual craic!

Nice day out indeed !! Hard to put into words what you feel shooting down each stage but it's deadly!!
And everyone in epic should look into doing this,it is going to be a super day out on your bike and looks like it will stay dry!!

Yep a great day biking. I wasn't going to race but will be signing up now. Short sharp mountain biking at its best.

Holy god i'm broken after this weekend, I bruised everything at the bull raid on sat then had an over the bars back onto my knee.
Despite all the pain i'm in right now it was a deadly weekend, big wood is savage, can't wait for next weekend

Max i'm gonna kill you!

Ha ha - that was one brilliant spin, both for the riding and the crack and banter. Too many funny moments, some big crashes - I had two - one over the bars and into a bush at the dungeons, spectacular but didnt hurt, and another less exciting tumble which has left a lump of a bruise on my hip - ouch. Max actually took flight in his tumble at the dungeons flying about 2 meters over the bars and into a tree. We were bombing down these lovely dry flowy trails, way too fast over stuff we'd never seen before. Brilliant stuff. I'm not going to win on Sunday but I'm going to have some serious fun trying!
