BISH! - Quick spin through GOD, slimy and sliddery

BOSH! - Up Red Lane and fly down the shoulder of the Sugerloaf, no mud, no roots

I needed that after last night. Showered and now at work, buzzing my head off, there's going to be some gnarly designs today!
