Ladies MTB Spin Part 3 Sat 1st Sep 10 am

Hello Girls

Our next spin will be in Ballinastoe on Sat 01 Sep.We plan on showing you a different side to Ballinastoe including some secret trails that I bet none of you knew were hidden up there!!

Rules are the same as every week. Be there on time and have all the necessary accessories! In Donnas case that is everything and anything pink!

I have done a little bit a mtn biking recently but am still inexperienced. Is it ok if I join ye on sat morn in Ballinastoe for spin?

Yea sure. Come along. Stick with it you will be grand

Tina this spin will be about 2/2.5hrs, and is not just the normal Ballinsatoe trials. Nothing mental but there is always a lot of climbing when you go to Balinastoe.
make sure you have plenty of water and food and all the other things you need.

At this stage no one should be turning up with backpacks or without a pump and at least one spare tube

Caroline Gail can't come :-( can friend Niamh come she is a beginner but has been biking few times?
