Great craic today with the girls! I think Wendy and Carol had vodka in their bottles! Well done to Liv too, you were grand once you got going, just try kill yourself going up the hills. It only makes you fitter. Best of luck to Agata on her big venture to London in a few weeks, hope it all goes well. I must admit i am missing the mtb spins, the road bike just doesnt compare ( despite what RichardL says!)

The spin was great craic, haven't had that much fun on a bike in a long time, thanks for that! And between all the laughing ans slagging we still managed to do a few trails, yay!
