I'm still recovering from a recent back strain / injury so I'm planning to go on a very easy spin around 3rock tomorrow.
I'm happy to lead a small group around 3rock if someone is interested. Not for complete beginners but for someone that has been a bike a few times, lurking on the forum etc. and would like to get out on the bike tomorrow.
