Hi, myself and Carol are running a road spin every Friday from the Giant-Dublin store , beside EP Mooney on the Long Mile Road. Heading out from there to Bray and over Killiney a couple of times.
Steady pace and will get you fit for the MTB on the Sundays !
Road bike essential ! a CX bike will do and it doesn't have to be a fancy bike, open to non members, etc.
